Cancellation/prepayment

Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to room type. Please enter the dates of your stay and check the conditions of your required room.

You have to deposit 30% of your total reservation as a prepayment for your reservartion to be valid.

Our cancelation policy is: a) 100% refundable your total amount if your cancelation is 60 days before your arrival. b) we charge you 30% of total amount if you cancel up to 30 days before your arrival and c) non refundable if you cancel your reservation less than 30 days of your arrival.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome.

There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Arriving

Please inform Villa Simore in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Security deposit

A security deposit of EUR 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

Payment

Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
